Products and Customizations

  • If none of our provided quantity options suit your needs, just send us a message or Request a Custom Order and we would be more than happy to help!

  • If none of our provided time frames suit your needs, please contact us as soon as possible by sending us a Custom Order Request and let us know how soon you would need your order.

    We completely understand how time sensitive these types of events can be and are always open and willing to do whatever we can to meet your time frame needs to the absolute best of our ability.

  • We carry two different types of tea on hand, Traditional Medicinals Cup of Calm (Lavender Chamomile Mint tea) & Twinings English Breakfast (black tea). If you have something else in mind though, just let us know & we can absolutely try to help you with that.

  • Contact us! We’d love to help you! Our seed and tea distributors are amazing and offer a wide variety of seeds and tea packet options.

    If you contact us with the variety of seed or tea you might be interested in, we would be more than happy to check with our distributor and get back to you right away!

  • Yes! We love helping our customers customize their orders. For orders over $100 we waive the customization fee, but for any orders less than $100, we do have a one-time customization fee of $10 that is waived for any future exact re-orders. You will want to request a custom order either way.

  • Our fully completed seed packet options DO come with seeds included. But our DIY options DO NOT come with seeds.

  • The DIY option for our seed packets is our Do-It-Yourself option, which comes with all of the components, including the personalized wraps with your loved one’s name and information, but NOT the seeds, to complete these exact packets on your own.

  • The shelf life of most of the seeds we carry on hand is up to 3 years, if stored in a dark, dry and cool environment.  Exposure to sun, heat and/or moisture can drastically reduce this shelf life. For any specific seeds or custom seed orders, you can message us directly.

  • Our seed packets are approximately 3 5/8″ x 2 3/4″ and come with a full helping of seed (as compared to any single pack store bought seed packet).

Processing and Shipping

  • PROCESSING time is the amount of time it takes us to hand make and assemble your order.

    Processing times do vary by product, so please check the product description and order options to verify the exact processing time included with your order.

    We do guarantee all of our provided processing times, but, if any issues do happen to occur, we will contact you directly.

    If you need your order sooner, please Request A Custom Order as soon as possible!

  • SHIPPING time is the amount of time it takes for the shipping carrier to get your order to you from the time we submit it.

    We offer varying shipping options with each order from standard ground shipping (5-7 days), priority (3-5 days), express (1 to 2 days) and overnight (next business day).

    Check the shipping options with your order to verify the shipping transit time.

    If you need to expedite the shipping of your order, you can contact us directly and we will do our absolute best to help.

  • We completely understand how time sensitive these types of events can be, and we do our absolute best to meet all of our customer’s time frame needs.

  • Unfortunately, no. We are an online only based business, and unfortunately do not have a completely dedicated location that we operate from.

Other

  • Yes! We’re happy to provide a digital proof upon request. Due to the time and care that goes into creating our designs, an order must be placed before we can prepare and send a proof for review. Please note that requesting a proof may add a little extra time to processing, but it’s the best way to ensure your personalization details are exactly as you’d like.

  • Because our products are personalized and handmade, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before submitting.

    That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If an error occurs on our part, please notify us right away so we can make it right. If the mistake is on your end, we’re still more than happy to work with you to find a solution—as long as the issue is brought to our attention promptly.
